ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a mid-level Graphic & Motion Designer who can bring ideas to life across motion, video, and digital design.
This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Web, and UX, supporting product storytelling, website experiences, and performance-driven creative. You’ll work on a mix of product videos, motion for web, and conversion-focused assets, with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and iteration.
This is a part-time (≈20 hrs/week), fully remote role based in LATAM, with collaboration across global teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create product videos and motion assets (walkthroughs, feature clips, explainers) from concept to final delivery.
- Design web motion experiences (hero loops, micro-interactions, hover states) aligned with our design system.
- Produce high-performing creatives for experiments (A/B tests across formats, durations, and messaging).
- Deliver multi-format assets for web and paid channels, ensuring consistency across breakpoints and platforms.
- Handle art finalization for digital deliverables (exports, formats, performance optimization, accessibility).
- Collaborate with Web/Front-end teams on implementation (Lottie, SVG, motion specs).
- Maintain organized libraries, templates, and reusable components.
- QA assets across devices, browsers, and formats to ensure quality and performance.
- Contribute to motion guidelines and system consistency.
- Partner with Marketing to iterate based on performance insights (e.g., engagement, click-through).
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years of experience across motion design, video editing, and graphic design (agency or in-house).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Product or SaaS videos
- Motion for web (micro-interactions, UI animations)
- Social or ad creatives
- Clean, modern design fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with art finalization and production-ready assets.
- Experience designing for web and performance marketing (multiple formats and aspect ratios).
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, UX, and Engineering.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and consistency.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage priorities.
TOOLS & STACK
- Motion & Video: After Effects, Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve), Media Encoder
- Animation: Lottie (Bodymovin), Rive, basic SVG animation
- Design: Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Nice to have: Blender or Cinema 4D
- Collaboration: Slack, Notion/Jira, Google Drive
- Bonus: Basic HTML/CSS understanding for handoff
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in B2B SaaS or tech environments
- Familiarity with A/B testing and performance-driven design
- Basic analytics awareness (GA4, PostHog, or similar)
- Experience with sound design, thumbnails, or 3D product visuals
- Scripting knowledge (AE expressions, Rive logic, or similar)
- Illustration skills
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent English (written and spoken) — you’ll collaborate across global teams, write specs, and join live reviews.
- Based in LATAM, with availability overlapping UTC-5 (±2 hours).
- Reliable internet connection and a workstation capable of motion design work.
- Availability for weekly syncs and async collaboration.
