ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a skilled Podcast Clipper / Video Editor who can turn long-form podcast episodes into polished, engaging short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. RESPONSIBILITIES - Edit and repurpose long-form podcast audio into short clips - Add captions, subtitles, jump cuts, and on-screen elements - Format content based on platform-specific requirements - Ensure high-quality exports optimized for short-form delivery - Collaborate with the team and creative lead for revisions when needed QUALIFICATIONS - Proven experience editing short-form social content - Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and storytelling for fast-moving platforms - Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects) - Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple edits each week - Portfolio or editing samples required
