About this role
ROLE OVERVIEW
As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will:
- Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, and priorities
- Handle emails, messages, and internal coordination
- Support operational tasks and follow-ups across teams
- Prepare documents, reports, and simple summaries as needed
- Act as a gatekeeper for communication and task prioritization
- Coordinate with internal staff and external partners
- Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently
