Job Title: Workforce Planning Coordinator Location: New York, USA Division: Operations Reporting to: Country Manager About the Role We are looking for a Workforce Planning Coordinator to support the planning and scheduling of clinical staff across our growing US clinic network. This role will focus on workforce strategy and execution, including headcount planning, shift patterns, and scheduling to ensure clinics are staffed efficiently. Initially, the role will also involve hands-on coordination of clinic schedules as the US network expands. What You’ll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months - Develop workforce plans including headcount models, staffing ratios, and shift patterns for clinics. - Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring clinics are appropriately staffed. - Work closely with Clinic Leads and operations teams to maintain accurate workforce planning and scheduling. - Monitor workforce data including labour costs, utilisation, and reporting. - Ensure scheduling aligns with local labour laws and operational needs. - Support workforce coordination across multiple clinics as the US network grows. Minimum Qualifications - Experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or workforce operations. - Background in healthcare, retail, or other operational environments with shift-based staffing. - Experience using scheduling or workforce management systems. - Strong understanding of workforce data, labour utilisation, and operational reporting. - Strong stakeholder collaboration with operational and clinic teams.
