ABOUT THE ROLE As a Part-Time Sales Stylist at Jaxen Grey’s Plaza Frontenac store, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and inspiring retail environment. You’ll help bring our brand to life by engaging with customers, providing personalized styling, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the store. This role is a great opportunity to develop hands-on styling experience, build client relationships, and join a team that values style, service, and community. You’ll work closely with store leadership and fellow stylists to drive sales, deliver outstanding service, and ensure every customer leaves feeling confident and cared for. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE… Driving sales and delivering outstanding customer serviceBuilding, nurturing, and maintaining client relationshipsAssisting customers at the register with friendliness and efficiencyMaintaining store visual standards by straightening merchandise, cleaning, and supporting floor and fixture changesRestocking product and keeping the sales floor neat, organized, and shoppableDeveloping and maintaining a strong knowledge of Jaxen Grey’s product assortment to provide expert recommendationsPromoting and contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment and reflecting Jaxen Grey’s culture YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS POSITION IF YOU HAVE… Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to excel in a collaborative team environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced settingA quick-learning, adaptable mindset and openness to feedbackCreativity, focus, and an eye for styleProfessional phone and email etiquetteThe ability to build and maintain lasting client relationshipsThe physical ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY... Flexible scheduling — ranging from as few as 8 hours per week up to 30 hours per weekEvening, weekend, and some holiday availability required (not every holiday, but coverage for certain holiday shifts is expected) WE OFFER...
