Who You Are & What You Bring You’re a skilled welder who takes pride in your work. You don’t cut corners, you understand specs, and you can be trusted to get it done right without constant oversight. You bring: Minimum 4 years of welding experience in industrial or commercial settingsCertifications in ASME Section IXStrong skills in MIG, TIG, and stick weldingAbility to read blueprints, specs, and welding diagramsKnowledge of welding inspection methods and quality standardsSolid understanding of safety practices and OSHA requirementsAbility to work independently and as part of a crewReliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic What You’ll Do Perform welding on industrial mechanical projects including fabrication, installation, and repairRead and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work ordersPrepare materials and ensure proper fit-up before weldingExecute welds using appropriate techniques based on project requirementsMaintain high quality standards and ensure weld integrityFollow all safety procedures and use proper PPE at all timesInspect and maintain welding equipmentDocument work completed, materials used, and inspectionsWork closely with supervisors, engineers, and other trades to keep projects moving What We Offer Steady work on large, high-profile industrial projectsCompetitive pay based on experienceFull benefits package (medical, dental, vision)401(k) with company contributionOpportunities to grow within a multi-state organizationA team-focused culture that actually develops its people Work Environment & Physical Requirements Industrial construction sites and fabrication environmentsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions Locations: Marriott-Slaterville, UT
