As a Plumber Apprentice you will work alongside experienced plumbers to learn the trade while assisting with installations, repairs, and maintenance on job sites. You’ll be expected to arrive on time, prepared with the necessary tools and safety equipment, and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role requires a strong commitment to quality workmanship, following construction plans, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You’ll also attend weekly safety meetings, accurately track work hours, and assist with jobsite tasks while gaining valuable hands-on experience. Delivering work that meets Company standards for quality on every projectCompleting assigned tasks on time and within budget, ensuring customer satisfactionShowing up to the jobsite on time, prepared with tools and proper safety equipmentSupporting crew productivity, including working extended hours when needed to keep projects on trackFollowing all safety protocols and actively participating in weekly safety meetingsAccurately completing daily timecards with correct job numbers, cost codes, and hoursMaintaining a clean, organized jobsite, including trailers, tools, and materialsSecuring tools and equipment and reporting any maintenance or repair needsAssisting teammates, learning on the job, and contributing to a positive crew environmentAttending and progressing through a local plumbing apprenticeship program, maintaining required grades and hours for advancement
