Key Responsibilities
Social Content
Plan and manage social media content calendars across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok)
Develop content concepts, generate ideas, prepare briefs, and write captions aligned with brand tone and messaging
Collaborate closely with creative and design teams to produce static content and both short-form and long-form video content
Provide marketing materials to relevant teams and coordinate content publishing and sharing
Work with the service team to monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions
Track social media trends, performance insights, and competitor activities
Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend optimization strategies
Community
Build and manage online communities on Facebook Groups and the website through activities, on-ground events, and value-added content
Act as the main point of contact for Nothing Fans and community members
Media
Develop integrated media strategies across online and offline channels
Manage media budgets and allocate spending in line with business objectives
Plan media channels, evaluate options, and select appropriate platforms and publishers
Coordinate with media agencies and external partners
Monitor media performance (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROI) and optimize campaigns accordingly
Prepare strategic media reports and insights for management
Branding
Ensure all activities are aligned with brand guidelines and identity
Support internal teams in understanding the brand and provide brand-consistent solutions
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in social media management
Experience in media buying across both online and offline channels
Hands-on experience with social media publishing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LINE Official Account)
Strong understanding of brand communication and digital marketing language
Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
Preferred Qualifications (a plus)
Experience using social listening tools
Understanding of the content production process
