The Opportunity We're seeking an exceptional Product Marketing Lead to define and drive our product marketing strategy as we scale within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-impact technology company in a major growth stage, where you'll own the entire product marketing function and directly influence how the market understands and adopts our platform. What You'll Do Go-to-Market Strategy Define and execute GTM strategies to drive awareness, demand, and adoption.Craft positioning and messaging for BD, Licensing, and S&E teams.Lead product launches and integrated campaigns.Align with Sales and Product on personas, buyer journeys, and value props.Use market and customer insights to guide strategy. Conferences & Events Own strategy for key industry events (BIO, Biotech Showcase, partnering).Manage booth presence, speaking ops, and networking initiatives.Create high-impact collateral and demos; drive post-event pipeline conversion. Campaigns & Content Build multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, ABM) to generate qualified leads.Develop case studies, ROI stories, and sales enablement tools.Collaborate with design for clear, engaging marketing assets.Ensure brand consistency and thought leadership across all touchpoints. Sales Enablement & Success Equip Sales to articulate value and close deals.Maintain competitive intelligence and customer insights.Train teams on messaging, positioning, and new releases.Track performance and optimize GTM effectiveness.
