Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Virtual Assistant to support our growing team. The VA will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, assisting with scheduling and follow-ups, resolving concerns, and ensuring an excellent client experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionallyProvide quotes, answer service-related questions, and assist with booking movesCoordinate scheduling changes and update internal systems accordinglyConduct post-move follow-ups to gather feedback and address any concernsEscalate complex issues to management when necessaryMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer recordsAssist with administrative tasks as needed (CRM updates, reporting, etc.)
Qualifications:
3+ year of experience in a customer service or administrative support role (moving industry experience a plus but not required)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and keen attention to detailAbility to stay calm and empathetic under pressureFamiliarity with CRM tools (experience with SmartMoving is a plus)Ability to work U.S. office hoursFast, reliable internet connection and professional work environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with U.S.-based customersFamiliarity with scheduling or dispatching systemsProblem-solving mindset and proactive communication style
