Growth Marketing Specialist

About this role
Job Responsibilities:
1. Performance Marketing (Core Focus - 50%)
- Execute and optimize paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) with a focus on converting free users into paid subscribers at efficient CACs.
- Manage ad ops — budgets, targeting, creative testing, and reporting — under guidance from the Director of Growth Marketing.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel paid campaigns at a scale of $250K+ per month.
2. Lifecycle Marketing (25%)
- Support lifecycle campaigns (email and push) by building segmented flows (free → paid, churn win-back, upsell) and running A/B tests.
- Strong working knowledge of Customer.io http://Customer.io (or similar lifecycle marketing platforms) for building and automating user journeys.
- Partner with the Director of Growth Marketing on lifecycle strategy while handling day-to-day execution.
3. Creative Ops (15%)
- Work with design/content to generate ad creatives, UGC, and influencer assets.
- Execute structured creative tests and surface insights for future campaigns.
4. Additional Growth Initiatives (10%)
- Support the affiliate/referral program (Rewardful) by onboarding affiliates, managing payouts, and tracking performance.
- Maintain dashboards (GA4, Amplitude, Sheets) for acquisition, conversion, and retention, delivering weekly insights to the growth team.
- Share learnings, growth hacks and creative ideas to help refine strategy and guide new experiments.
Who You Are
- Hands-On Executor: 3–5 years in growth/performance marketing at a SaaS or consumer tech company.
- Multi-Cap Player: Able to wear multiple hats across paid, lifecycle, and affiliate ops, stepping in where needed to keep campaigns moving fast.
- Startup-Ready: Thrive in a high-growth environment, able to move at rocket speed while delivering high-quality execution.
- Performance-Driven: Experience running paid campaigns with a focus on driving free → paid conversions.
- Lifecycle Marketer: Skilled at campaign setup/ops, with ability to work closely with leadership on lifecycle strategy.
- Affiliate Know-How: Exposure to affiliate/referral marketing platforms (Rewardful or similar).
- Data-Informed: Skilled at pulling insights from GA4, Amplitude, or similar tools.
