Our AI solutions enhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision-making, empowering our teams to produce innovative and impactful results.   Role: Digital Designer  Location: India (Remote working until further notice) A Little Bit About the Role:  As a Digital Designer you will be responsible for designing, managing, and producing design concepts through to full artwork stage for a wide variety of outputs. This role will work under the direction of a Creative Director and work with a creative team to execute on designs. Our ideal candidate has worked at an advertising agency or design firm and has a dense portfolio of great digital and moving image work.     You will be working within brand guidelines, producing design and artwork to the client’s brief and exacting standards. They will proactively manage projects within agreed timescales considering quality, accuracy, and consistency. The expectation is to maintain a fast paced and responsive workflow across multiple projects and brands within our organisation whilst learning from others and developing your craft along the way.    What You’ll be Doing:  Work on projects from start to finish — working collaboratively across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation   Show strong conceptual and integrated design thinking for web, ecommerce, social content, and digital marketing   Show strong conceptual and integrated design thinking for digital and social advertising    Define the look and feel for variety of digital design projects    Implement existing brand guidelines and templates on projects    The ability to work under direction and using your own initiative    Presenting your work internally and to clients and manage workloads within agreed timings    Keeping up to date with current design trends    Understand what makes GREAT content e.g. best practices for making ecommerce, social assets and mobile first  What you’re capable of:    Experience working with FMCG / Health Brands     Social and video design experience with Visual Arts BS/BA degree a plus   A portfolio demonstrating your ideas through to execution   A passion for digital trends and interaction / animation design   You'll have a deep affinity with layout, typography, and ideas-generation   Excellent grasp of design programmes and tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, and illustrator   A team player and possess the ability to build strong and effective working relationships   You have an excellent attention to detail   Capable for taking creative briefs from clients and account team and show personal responsibility for quality across all jobs allocated which includes client liaison   What you’ll need:      A rich portfolio of relevant work examples - digital, banners, Social media, emails, landing pages, in-store, event materials, collateral, icons, infographics, brochures, and campaigns    A keen sense of personal responsibility for the quality control, presentation, and accuracy of all work.   Solid understanding of graphic design and web technologies   High Level of Craft for design    Brand identity, visual systems, and campaign identities as real working experience   Experience working with  retail/ Health FMCG brands    Social and video design experience with Visual Arts BS/BA degree a plus   A portfolio demonstrating your ideas through to execution   A passion for digital trends and interaction / animation design   You'll have a deep affinity with layout, typography, and ideas-generation   Proficiency in Adobe CC suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and associated prototyping    A team player and possess the ability to build strong and effective working relationships   Handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment    A portfolio comprised of traditional and digital, conceptual campaign, design, and interaction design work   Willingness to accept feedback and iterate over designs in a highly-collaborative, low-ego team environment    Overflowing with curiosity, creativity, and ambition    #BTG+ #LI-SK1 Our values shape everything we do:  Be Ambitious to succeed    Be Imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible    Be Inspirational to do groundbreaking work    Be always learning and listening to understand    Be Results-focused  to exceed expectations    Be actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients and creations      Brandtech+, a part of the Brandtech Group, is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected.
