We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Engineer to design, implement, and maintain identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in identity lifecycle management, access certification, and role-based access control across enterprise environments. 📌 Key Responsibilities: Develop and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, rules, and connectors.Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications for automated provisioning and de-provisioning.Implement access review campaigns and role mining strategies.Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues across systems.Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to enforce IAM policies.Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures. 🧠 Required Skills: Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and administration.Proficiency in Java, BeanShell scripting, XML, and SQL.Familiarity with IAM concepts: RBAC, ABAC, SOD, provisioning, and certification.Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, ServiceNow, and cloud platforms.Knowledge of security protocols and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR). 🌟 Preferred Qualifications: SailPoint Certified Engineer.Experience with other IAM tools (e.g., Okta, CyberArk, Ping).Background in cybersecurity or enterprise architecture.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
