About the role We are looking for someone who loves to work outside and maintain the overall appearance of the property.    This role qualifies for the following bonus structure: ·         Monthy Renewal Bonus ·         Quarterly Bonus up to $650 – Performance based How you will be successful Keep all areas of the property clean and attractive; includes common areas, walkways, hallways, breezeways, property amenities, etc.Maintain curb appeal by removing litter, pet waste, weeds, cigarette butts, and minor landscaping clean up.Assist maintenance technicians helping to ensure service requests are completed in an effective, timely manner and to the satisfaction of residentsReport to management any safety concerns, hazardous conditions or maintenance needsAssist with preventative maintenance as neededAssist other tasks as assigned by the property manager/maintenance supervisorServe as an essential associate for the property and assist with snow removalSupport management in holding landscaping vendor accountable to services outlined in the contractMaintain positive communications with residents and provide excellent service through courteous and timely response to resident needs and concernsMaintain organization and cleanliness of work areaEmbrace Mills values applying to all areas of responsibility and abide by Mills policies and procedures What you need High school diploma or GED preferredExperience with groundskeeping preferredAbility to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidaysAbility to work in extreme environmental conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.)Valid driver’s licenseAdept working in a team environment Mills Properties, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer   This description is not intended, and should not be construed, to be an all-inclusive list of all responsibilities, skills, efforts, or working conditions as associated with a job.
