Job purpose The pricing associate will employ pricing strategies that meet policies and procedures.  Set-up accurate pricing and address pricing-related inquiries from numerous sources, such as buyers, marketing, and sales managers. Essential Job Functions Help maintain, monitor, and predict optimal prices for products and services. 1.         Responsible for the development of ETLs (Extraction, Transformation and Load) processes for data migration. 2.         Develops, utilize, and share best practices to enhance functional efficiency.    3.         Ensures that data utilized is accurately formed, reported and error-free when devising data sets through careful review and refinement prior to running analytical tests. 4.         Develop and support interfaces between existing ERP system and external applications 5.         Evaluates process inefficiencies. Recommends changes in programs, routines, and quality control standards to improve overall efficiency and inter-departmental communication. 6.         Performs system functions and software support, such as updating and editing of client and provider information databases, including responsibility to help with departmental technical support and report generation as required. 7.         Develops and maintains various databases and spreadsheets for all departments   Other Duties and Responsibilities Analytical support to the sales and marketing and purchasing teams.  Tasks include database management, development, and troubleshooting, data manipulation, and data analysis.   Other job duties as assigned.   Qualifications Associate degree required Thorough understanding of market research Strong math skills and the ability to see marketing patterns and trends are necessary Microsoft D365 trade agreement experience a plus Strong math and Microsoft Excel and Power Bi skills Excellent communication, problem solving abilities Customer service skills Ability to work as a team player   Working conditions ·         In office setting ·         Climate-controlled environment   Physical requirements ·         Able to lift 40 lbs. ·         Able to push 30 lbs. ·         Able to pull or pull 50 lbs. ·         Able to reach overhead occasionally ·         Ability to sit for long periods of time ·         Occasional walking, stooping, bending, standing, and climbing stairs ·         Able to use repetitive hand movements Locations: Knoxville, TN
