Job Summary
Seeking a Data Scientist to support multiple Computer Network Operations (CNO) mission areas by applying advanced analytics and artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) techniques to optimize mission workflows, automate processes, and enhance collection processingThis role operates in a dynamic, mission-driven environment requiring adaptability, technical expertise, and the ability to rapidly pivot based on evolving operational priorities
Primary Responsibilities
Apply AI/ML techniques to support optimization, automation, and enhancement of CNO mission workflowsDevelop data-driven solutions to improve collection processing, analysis, and operational efficiencyBuild, test, and deploy machine learning models using Python within Jupyter Notebook environmentsAnalyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insightsCollaborate with mission teams across multiple CNO areas to develop and refine analytic approachesRapidly adapt to changing mission priorities and support time-sensitive operational requirementsDevelop scripts, models, and tools to automate data processing and analysis tasksDocument methodologies, model performance, and analytic findings
Required Qualifications
Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (MD Customer)Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree with 10 years of in-depth relevant experience that is clearly related to the positionExperience applying AI/ML techniques to real-world data problemsProficiency in Python and experience working in Jupyter Notebook environmentsExperience working with large-scale datasets and data analysis toolsAbility to operate effectively in a team-based, mission-focused environmentStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to quickly adapt and pivot in response to changing priorities
Desired Qualifications
Experience supporting Computer Network Operations (CNO) mission areasFamiliarity with Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) concepts and workflowsExperience with CNO tools and mission platforms
Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
