Job Summary Seeking a senior Agile Developer to lead a development team of 15-20 FTEs, focused on storing and managing system SSR data using a microservices-based architecture and cutting-edge technologies Primary Responsibilities Develop and implement complex solutions utilizing AWS native technologiesEnsure the development team stays on schedule and is able to meet programmatic milestonesRepresent the team at customer meetings, TEMs and contribute to the team agile planning ceremoniesBuild REST services with Spring able to filter and select complex data objectsUtilize Python to optimize AWS services such as Lambdas, Step Functions, EC2 and S3Implement CI/CD principals utilizing Maven, Gitlab and GitOpsAgile development and delivery of softwareCommunicate and collaborate effectively with other team members, as well as with stakeholders Required Qualifications Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope PolygraphBachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education with 15 years of relevant experienceMaster’s degree plus 13 years of relevant experienceAssociate’s degree plus 17 years of relevant experienceHigh school diploma/GED plus 19 years of experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the positionExperience with:Java, Spring boot or pythonOpenSearch and ElasticSearchMicroservice architectures CI/CD Tools: AWS tools, Maven, , Gitlab & GitOps; Kubernetes, docker, AnsibleDatabase : NoSQL / MongoDB / DynamoDB Query and Schema DesignOAuth/OIDC Implementation experience Test frameworks and automation to include Cyprus and Cucumber Desired Qualifications Previous team leadership experienceKnowledge of UTT or targeting Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans.
