We are currently partnering with a leading brand that is seeking a Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Merchandiser to support and optimize their online storefront. This is a contract role with the opportunity to convert to a full-time position.

Role Overview
As a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the digital storefront experience. You will work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure products are effectively presented, campaigns are executed seamlessly, and the customer journey is continuously improved.

Responsibilities
Manage product merchandising within Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including categorization, sorting, and search optimizationExecute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal updates across the siteOptimize product listings, content, and on-site search to improve conversion rates and customer experienceCollaborate with marketing teams to align merchandising strategies with campaigns and promotionsAnalyze site performance metrics and user behavior to inform merchandising decisionsMaintain product data accuracy, ensuring pricing, inventory, and content are up-to-datePartner with developers and QA teams to test and validate merchandising changes and site updatesIdentify opportunities to improve navigation, product discovery, and overall site usabilitySupport A/B testing and personalization initiatives within SFCC
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience merchandising within Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware)Platform Knowledge: Strong familiarity with SFCC Business Manager, catalogs, promotions, and search merchandising toolsE-Commerce Expertise: Solid understanding of online merchandising principles, customer journeys, and conversion optimizationAnalytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and make informed merchandising decisionsAttention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing product data and site contentCommunication: Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teamsAdaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
Nice to Have
Experience with A/B testing tools and personalization platformsFamiliarity with SEO best practices and on-site search optimizationExperience working with Shopify or other eCommerce platformsSalesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager certification
