This Is Not a “Paper PM” Role.
This is a boots-on-the-ground, numbers-owning, people-leading Project Manager role for someone who knows how to run work, not just track it.
At Alpha Inc., Civil Project Managers don’t sit on the sidelines. You own the job—from bid handoff to closeout. You’re accountable for schedule, cost, quality, safety, and profit. You lead crews, align superintendents, manage risk, and make real-time decisions that move dirt, people, and outcomes.

Thinks like an operator, not an administrator
Takes pride in clean jobs, tight schedules, and strong margins
Leads with respect, clarity, and backbone
Wants to build projects that actually matter to Hawaiʻi
