As an Infant or Toddler Teacher at Kïdo, you’ll: Provide warm, responsive care while building strong relationships with children and families.Support developmental milestones through engaging activities and our rich, easy-to-use curriculum, while adding your own creative ideas.Communicate with families daily through conversations, messaging, and photos to share each child’s growth and learning.Collaborate with your teaching team to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.Bring energy, patience, and passion to every day as you help children learn, explore, and thrive. Minimum Qualifications HS Diploma/GED requiredAt least 18 years of ageExperience working in a licensed preschool or childcare settingBilingual in Spanish and English requiredLegally authorized to work in the US Preferred Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field, ORA CDA (Child Development Associate Certification)2–3 years’ experience in an infant/toddler classroom or Montessori school setting Why Join Kïdo?
