What You’ll Do as a Lead Teacher Prepare engaging lessons using our rich, easy-to-use curriculum—with plenty of room to bring your own creativity to lifeThrive in a fast-paced environment while providing responsive, attentive care to every childBuild strong, positive relationships with children and families through daily communication, photos, and meaningful updatesFoster a love of learning in a preschool settingCollaborate closely with your teaching team to create a supportive, inspiring classroom Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GEDExperience teaching in a licensed preschool settingAt least 18 years of ageSpanish fluency is a plus, but not required Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field, orCDA (Child Development Associate Certification)5–10 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting, or2–3 years of experience in a Montessori school setting Why Join Kïdo?
