Job Description: The Front Desk lead will be responsible for training new staff by ensuring all data is collected and inputted in client charts, completing Sliding fees, adding insurance information and verification, collecting consents, and communicating with the back office and providers. Providing coverage in times of need, distributing bus passes, billing weekly, submitting to QM at the end of each month, coordinating the Care Empower portal, and conducting audits on staff supervised.
