Role: Carrier Sales Representative Location: Deerfield Beach (In-offfice with potential hybrid) Compensation: $70,000-80,000 with EOY Bonus Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Carrier Sales Representative to join our Deerfield Beach team. This is a full time, fully on site role. You will be responsible for building and managing carrier relationships, driving on time performance through data and KPI management, and partnering cross functionally with our accounting team to resolve issues quickly. The ideal candidate comes with an established carrier network and a track record of success in a carrier sales environment. Key Responsibilities Build, develop, and maintain strong carrier relationships to support freight movement across all modesManage day to day carrier performance KPIs with a focus on on time delivery metricsAnalyze carrier data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for performance improvementCollaborate closely with the accounting team to resolve billing discrepancies and carrier payment issuesLeverage existing carrier network to support capacity needs and competitive pricingServe as a primary point of contact for carrier partners, maintaining clear and proactive communicationSupport internal operations teams by ensuring carrier commitments are met and escalations are handled quickly Qualifications 3+ years of experience in carrier sales, carrier relations, or a similar logistics roleEstablished carrier network with demonstrated ability to activate capacity quicklyStrong analytical mindset with experience managing KPIs and performance dashboardsExperience working with accounting teams to resolve carrier related financial issuesExcellent communication and relationship management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast paced, high accountability environmentPrior experience in freight brokerage, 3PL, or asset based trucking strongly preferred What Matters to You Ownership: You will have real responsibility from day one, not a role where you wait for directionVisibility: Direct access to leadership with your performance recognized and rewardedStability with upside: Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses in a growing companyA team that moves fast: No red tape, no bureaucracy, just a high performing team focused on resultsCareer trajectory: As Sciens Logistics scales, so does the opportunity for people who deliver Work Environment This is a fully on site position based out of our Deerfield Beach, FL office.
