About this role
Ontologize is the sole Palantir Training & Assessment Partner. We help Palantir customers and partners build the in-house expertise they need to develop and operate AI-enabled solutions independently.
We're hiring a Technical Instructor to lead live Foundry & AIP trainings for enterprise teams. This is an instruction-first role where you'll spend most of your time in front of learners — reading the room, adjusting on-the-fly, and making complex platform concepts land for audiences that range from developers to business users. The engineering depth serves the core job (teaching), because it's what makes the instruction credible.
You will be the second person in our Bengaluru office (Whitefield), joining a small, distributed company with teammates across the US, Paris, and Rio de Janeiro. The expectation for this role is 4+ days in office.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Deliver multi-day, in-person and virtual Foundry & AIP trainings for customers and partners, owning the room from preparation through delivery and follow-up
- Translate complex technical concepts for mixed audiences — developers, analysts, and executives in the same session adjusting depth and language without losing either group
- Build and improve curriculum — develop new training modules, refine existing ones based on what you learn in the room, and keep materials current as the platform evolves
- Create recorded and written content as the role matures — tutorials, walkthroughs, and reference material (this is secondary to live delivery and comes later)
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You love teaching. This is non-negotiable. If you're on the fence about whether you want to be in front of learners every week and being a teacher, this role is not for you.
- You have meaningful Palantir Foundry & AIP experience. This comes from hands-on Foundry work implementing end-to-end use cases over 3+ years, delivering enterprise outcomes on the platform.
- You have a strong technical foundation in areas such as Python, Spark, and LLM-enabled workflows. You are not being hired as a developer, but your technical depth should make your instruction credible.
- You communicate clearly, both in writing and in speech. You can explain what matters to non-technical stakeholders in language they can use, whether that is an executive making a decision or a business analyst configuring their first pipeline.
- You are proactive and autonomous. You don't wait for work to come to you. You communicate about what you're doing before anyone has to ask.
NICE TO HAVE
- Full-stack development experience (any stack — we care about the thinking, not the framework)
- Machine learning experience beyond LLM usage
- Foreign language skills (English is a must; anything else is a bonus)
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AT 90 DAYS
Independently deliver a full-day training on either our developer-focused or practitioner-focused curriculum, demonstrating:
- Technical correctness under pressure
- Strong Q&A handling
- Pacing control across 5–8 hour sessions
- Whiteboard fluency
- Alignment with Ontologize's standards for instruction quality

TRAVEL
Most trainings are delivered virtually. You will work primarily from our office in Whitefield, Bengaluru, and will occasionally travel to client sites in India for in-person sessions, typically four-day engagements. You should also expect to travel to the US once a year for company events.
