Product Compliance Manager (Berlin/London/Paris)

You will have the opportunity to grow your career by collaborating with a team of outstanding talents and state of the art technology to build a lasting, positive future for millions.     WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING   Partner with product teams in preparing and assessing new product initiatives, ensuring Compliance issues are identified and addressed during the product design process Advise on relevant regulatory requirements, including MiFID II/MiFIR, MAR/MAD, MiCAR, PSD II, SRD II, EMIR and AML ensuring compliance considerations are embedded early on Communication with internal and external stakeholders in all arising questions regarding product compliance Provide advice on marketing standards, new campaigns and general marketing approaches for both new and existing products Work closely with other departments, in particular Risk, Legal, Finance and People to deliver aligned and consistent input to the product teams.     WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR   Successfully completed studies in economics, law or business law or comparable studies Ideally, several years of professional experience in the area of investment compliance in auditing or consulting firms, in-depth knowledge of the relevant regulatory and legal requirements, and/or Several years of professional experience in the banking or financial services industry Knowledge of MiFID II/MiFIR, WpHG, MaComp, MaRisk, MaDepot, MiCAR etc. as well as of other prominent EU regulatory frameworks  English is essential; German is highly preferred.
