What We Offer $3,000 retention bonus for senior-level techniciansRelocation assistance availableCompetitive pay based on skill—not just tenureFull benefits: medical, dental, vision401(k) with company matchSteady, high-level work (data centers, industrial, mission-critical environments)Ongoing training and development—we actually invest in our peopleA team that respects good technicians and doesn’t micromanage What You’ll Be Responsible For Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC/R systemsWorking on a range of equipment (RTUs, split systems, chillers, boilers, refrigeration, etc.)Performing preventative maintenance and system inspectionsHandling installs, startups, and system commissioningCommunicating clearly with customers on issues, repairs, and recommendationsDocumenting work accurately (notes, photos, parts, quotes)Participating in an on-call rotationRepresenting the company professionally on every job Senior-level techs will also: Handle complex diagnostics independentlyWork on large/critical systems in industrial environmentsMentor and support less experienced technicians What You Bring EPA 608 Certification (required)Valid driver’s license with clean recordAbility to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manualsStrong troubleshooting skills (electrical, refrigeration, airflow, controls)Comfort working independently in the fieldWillingness to be part of an on-call rotationAbility to pass background check and drug screening Senior-Level Candidates: 5+ years commercial/industrial HVAC/R experienceStrong experience with complex systems (chillers, boilers, low temp refrigeration, etc.)Proven ability to diagnose and solve problems without trial-and-error Locations: Gilbert, AZ
