Driven by an independent spirit and an uncompromising attitude that demands we lead with conviction.  ABOUT THE ROLE  The Production Planner is responsible for full vendor management, purchase order management, and product deliveries. They will work closely with Merchandising, Product Development, and Logistics to execute the inventory plan and manage delivery objectives. They will collaborate with internal and external vendors to maintain delivery schedules and deadlines.  RESPONSIBILITIES:  Manage purchase orders lifecycle Manage vendor ASNs in Outlook and NetSuite for on-time shipping and delivery  Cultivates relationship with external vendors  Lead weekly Work-In-Progress and delivery date discussions with external vendors  Troubleshoot delivery delays, identifying risks to the sales plan, and resolve with cross functional business partners and vendors Coordinate on time delivery with Logistics, balancing vendor supplied dates with Logistics supplied dates  Partners with Sourcing, Product Development, and Merch Planning teams to ensure adherence to seasonal milestones and calendar deadlines  Manage and resolve short term demand changes  Work closely with cross-functional teams to project raw material, greige demand, and vendor needs as needed  Manage SMS seasonal demands for on time delivery by working with cross-functional teams and vendors  Ensure accuracy across WIP reports, tracker, and internal ERP system QUALIFICATIONS:  3-5 years experience in supply chain, production planning, or comparable analytical role Expert level Excel skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data  Production management experience, both domestic and international vendors preferred  Ability to manage and mine data from multiple sources   Ability to quickly adapt and reprioritize based on the business needs  Detail oriented individual with a focus on accuracy  Proactive individual who is solution oriented and maintains ownership of the accounts and orders they manage  Problem-solver  Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors  Prior ERP experience, preferably NetSuite BS/BA in business administration, supply chain management or work equivalent  PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met of any employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
