Senior Manager, New Media (Cycle)

About the role: The Senior Manager of New Media assists in leading Indivisible’s creator and new media programming by managing creator campaign operations, cultivating and pitching to emerging media outlets, and overseeing key components of creator and new media initiatives. This position reports to the National Director of Communications. The salary for this position is $102,400 annualized. The position is a temporary position projected to end on or around December 31, 2026. What you'll do: Creator Operations & Campaign Support (40%) Maintain creator dashboard and contact information up to date Assist in creator brief development and approval process Assist in content approvals process and review Track creator deliverables and timelines Programmatic Support (30%) Assist in coordinating internal and external presentations (monthly micro-creators trainings) Assist with preparation of virtual creator briefings meeting materials Support creator outreach and communications Pitching New Media outlets (Podcasts, Substacks, Youtube) Research & Landscape (20%) Identifying emerging voices / new media spaces Monitoring trends Flagging cultural moments Maintaining rapid-response lists Administrative & Departmental Support (10%) Invoice tracking and processing Scheduling as needed Qualifications: Required: 3-5 years of experience on digital media, communications, political campaigns or creator activations Demonstrated familiarity with major new media platforms including, Instagram, podcasts, Substack and Bluesky Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage projects, deadlines and tracking systems Some experience drafting written materials such as outreach emails, or social copy Desirable: Experience working with content creators, influencers, or digital talent Familiarity with social analytics tools or performance reporting Experience in political, issue-based, or advocacy communications About Indivisible Project We’re building something new. We’re a progressive grassroots organization that began in the aftermath of Trump’s election.
