Director of Sales About the Role We are seeking an accomplished Director of Sales to lead revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen strategic customer relationships. This role is responsible for defining and executing sales strategy, building and mentoring high‑performing sales teams, and establishing scalable sales processes that support sustained growth. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with deep experience closing complex, high‑value deals, aligning cross‑functional stakeholders, and driving predictable revenue outcomes across multiple lines of business. Key Responsibilities Define and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.Lead, coach, and develop high‑performing sales teams through recruitment, performance management, and ongoing talent development.Drive new business acquisition while expanding existing customer relationships and managing strategic partner engagements.Lead and close complex, high‑value enterprise deals and long‑cycle opportunities.Optimize sales operations, CRM (Salesforce) utilization, pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and performance analytics.Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Delivery teams to execute go‑to‑market plans and revenue initiatives.Maintain a strong understanding of all lines of business to identify cross‑sell, upsell, and market expansion opportunities. The applicable base pay range for any individual will be determined based on the candidate’s designated primary work location as well as factors including role scope and responsibilities, required qualifications, and the individual’s experience, education, skills, knowledge, and performance.
