WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a highly motivated professional who combines strong execution skills, strategic thinking, and adaptability, and who thrives in fast-paced, technology-driven environments. - 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in product, operations, strategy, business, or related functions. - Strong interest in AI, emerging technologies, and digital products. - Proven ability to operate effectively in high-growth, fast-changing environments. - Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive initiatives from idea to execution. - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and user experience. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. - Ownership mentality with a proactive, hands-on approach to challenges. - Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to change. - Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making mindset. - Fluency in English, both written and verbal. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON - Drive and support strategic initiatives across product, operations, growth, and user experience. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, marketing, and business stakeholders. - Help define priorities, improve processes, and execute high-impact projects. - Analyze user feedback, business metrics, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement. - Contribute to experimentation, optimization, and scaling efforts across different areas of the business. - Support the launch and ongoing improvement of new products, features, and internal initiatives. - Operate across a wide range of problem spaces in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
