Product Transformation & Innovation Partner – Innovation, Integration & Automation

JOB TITLE: PRODUCT TRANSFORMATION & INNOVATION PARTNER – INNOVATION, INTEGRATION & AUTOMATION LOCATION: SINGAPORE About the Role We are currently partnering with a leading technology-driven telecommunications organization to hire a dynamic professional who will drive innovation, integration, and automation initiatives that enhance product workflows and accelerate digital transformation. This role plays a key part in enabling scalable, high-impact product delivery across the organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Partner with product teams to identify and deliver transformation and innovation opportunities - Drive integration, automation, and workflow optimization initiatives - Analyze current product workflows and recommend improvements through automation and orchestration - Support the design and implementation of solutions using modern integration and automation tools (e.g., Workato, UiPath, Power Automate) - Lead or contribute to proof-of-concepts, pilots, and innovation initiatives - Document business requirements, process flows, and target-state designs - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and smooth integration - Monitor delivery progress, risks, and overall impact of transformation initiatives - Support change management, stakeholder communication, and adoption activities - Promote best practices in automation, workflow design, and continuous improvement - Stay updated on emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation WHAT YOU’LL BRING - 5–10 years of experience in product operations, business analysis, transformation, or integration roles - Proven track record in driving automation or digital transformation initiatives - Hands-on experience with integration and automation platforms (e.g., Workato, UiPath, Power Automate) - Strong understanding of product workflows, Agile methodologies, and process mapping - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems
