Position Statement The Chauffeur is responsible for providing safe, dependable, and professional transportation services while delivering an exceptional client experience. This role requires strong knowledge of local roadways, excellent customer service skills, and a consistently polished, professional demeanor. Available Shifts: Full-time and part-time opportunities available, including afternoon shifts from 12:00 PM–12:00 AM. Key Responsibilities Safely transport clients to and from airports, offices, events, and other destinationsAssist clients with loading and unloading luggage and personal itemsDeliver an exceptional level of customer service and ensure a comfortable ride experienceMaintain a professional and courteous demeanor while respecting client privacy and confidentialityAccommodate reasonable client requests, including preferred routes or amenitiesFollow all traffic laws and company safety standardsStay informed of traffic conditions, road closures, weather alerts, and potential hazardsCommunicate and coordinate with dispatch and management regarding schedules and updates Qualifications & Requirements Ability to obtain a Texas Chauffeur licenseHigh school diploma or equivalentClean driving recordAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningStrong driving skills with a focus on safety and passenger comfortKnowledge of local and regional roadways and alternate routesExcellent time management, punctuality, and communication skillsPhysically able to lift up to 70 poundsAbility to interact professionally with clients at all levelsAvailability to work either a Saturday or Sunday each week Additional Qualifications Ability to sit and drive for extended periodsWillingness to work in varying weather conditionsOccasional long-distance travel may be requiredFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Compensation & Sign‑On Bonus Eligible chauffeur positions at RMA (Black Car Chauffeurs, Motorcoach Operators, and Shuttle Ambassadors) offer a sign‑on bonus. Full‑time positions: $1,200 sign‑on bonusPart‑time positions: $600 sign‑on bonus Bonus eligibility begins after 90 days of continuous employment. Once eligible, bonuses are paid in equal monthly installments through payroll (12 installments for full‑time, 6 installments for part‑time). Employees must be actively employed and in good standing at the time each installment is paid. Any unpaid installments are forfeited upon separation of employment.
