Financial Analyst

FieldPulse is a leading SaaS platform serving the trades industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and beyond). We help contractors run their businesses more efficiently with tools for scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, customer management, and more. About the Role We are hiring our first Financial Analyst at a critical stage of growth. This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to finance and company leadership, focused initially on building reliable, executive-ready financial and operational reporting and improving data quality across systems. This foundational work is essential to supporting forecasting, planning, and strategic decision making at the Series C stage, and will provide deep insights into how the business operates, with opportunity to expand into broader FP&A and strategic analysis as the company continues to scale.  What You’ll Do: Own and improve core financial and operational reporting, with an initial focus on data quality and reporting timeliness Reconcile data across systems and help establish a single source of truth for key business metricsDevelop and maintain reporting around revenue, expenses, SaaS KPIs and business performance Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to answer analytics questions and support decision makingEvolve reporting into deeper analysis, forecasting and planning as the business and data matureHelp build scalable processes and foundations that will grow with the company  What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics1-3 years of experience as a financial analyst, in FP&A, or in a finance reporting roleExperience with B2B SaaS or subscription businessesStrong Excel and/or Google Sheets skillsUnderstanding of SaaS KPIs (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV)Comfortable owning reporting and analysis with limited existing structureStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain financial and analytical insights to non-finance stakeholders Bonus If You Have These: Experience at a high-growth or VC-backed companyExperience or exposure to field service management or SMB-focused businessesExposure to Salesforce, Rillet and Nue CPQ / Billing Why FieldPulse: Collaborative Culture: We believe in working together, learning from one another, and building lasting relationships.Growth Opportunities: As a fast-growing company, FieldPulse is the perfect place to launch your career and grow with us.Supportive Environment: You’ll be part of a team that is committed to your personal and professional development.
