Where You'll Work:  Full-time, in-office at our headquarters in Dallas, TX.You’ll be right in the heart of the action, surrounded by a team of passionate, high-energy individuals who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do:  Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile products—from discovery through deliveryTranslate complex ideas into simple, intuitive, and elegant user flows and interfacesCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designsConduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisionsUX/UI Product DesignerPartner with Product and Engineering to ensure designs are feasible and implemented with high qualityContribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across the productAdvocate for the user while balancing business goals and technical constraintsIterate quickly based on data, feedback, and product priorities What We're Looking For: 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design rolesStrong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work and problem-solvingprocessProficiency in design tools like Figma (or similar)Experience with user research, usability testing, and interaction designSolid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive designAbility to communicate design decisions clearly and collaboratecross-functionallyComfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment Nice to Have Experience working in SaaS or startup environmentsFamiliarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS)Experience building or contributing to design systemsData-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform design Why You’ll Love Working Here: Impactful, Fast-Paced Startup Culture: Work on exciting projects that truly move the needle.Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical insurance, plus dental & vision benefits to keep you covered.Lunches Provided Monday–Friday: Delicious meals on us to fuel your day.
