About this role

FieldPulse is a fun, dedicated, and growing team that is building modern applications for small home service businesses (plumbers, electricians, HVAC, specialty contractors, etc.) to help organize and run their business operations. As a FieldPulse sales manager, you will be managing and developing a team of Account Executives. We are looking for a shown sales leader with great energy, leadership, and initiative to drive team performance and sales for our team. You will formulate and complete a strategy to improve business growth. You are responsible for developing and leading the team to generate revenue and achieve individual team and interpersonal quotas. What You'll Do:  Manage a team of 8-10 Full Cycle Account Executives, coaching AEs to sales processOwn Monthly and quarterly Sales Forecasting and Pipeline Reviews Across the teamProvide sales coaching, training, and execution of sales strategy in order to increase sales revenueDevelop and maintain in-depth knowledge of FieldPulse’s solution offeringsTrack and review key metrics to ensure the success of reps through the full sales cycleInterface and develop professional relationships with existing clients and prospects throughout the organizational levelsDisplay a systemic approach to managing challenging contract negotiations/deals with multiple reps at a timeMaintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape to assist in determining win-based proposals and pricingDevelop and maintain strong relationships with other functional areas internally at FieldPulse, e.g. Professional Services, Implementation, Customer Success, Subject Matter Experts, Product, Marketing, etc to ensure a collaborative approachThink outside the box and establish monthly and quarterly sales objectives around your sales plan and quota What We’re Looking For:  Validated sales management experience in a SaaS startupAt least 3-5 years of individual-level tech sales experienceAt least 3 years managing SMB Sales TeamExperience using Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, and other relevant sales toolsExperience over-exceeding quarterly team quotas through metric-based skill development and internal team managementExperience working in complex contract negotiationsStrong leadership capabilities with experience in sales coaching and mentoringAbility to operate optimally in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentStrong engagement and interpersonal skillsInfluence in a “win as a team” environmentIs a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues Why You’ll Love Working Here: Impactful, Fast-Paced Startup Culture: Work on exciting projects that truly move the needle.Lunches Provided Monday–Friday: Delicious meals on us to fuel your day.Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical insurance, plus dental & vision benefits to keep you covered.
