Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Measurement, Planning & Optimization Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid in office in Boulder, CO. We have an in-office culture, with a minimum 3 days in the office (Tues-Thurs). THE OPPORTUNITY We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own our Measurement, Planning & Optimization product. You’ll define how we: - Ingest and standardize fragmented measurement data - Connect media exposure to healthcare outcomes - Surface insights, KPIs, and recommendations - Enable smarter planning and budget optimization through artificial intelligence This is a 0→1, high-impact role at the core of our product strategy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Build the measurement layer Productize data ingestion, standardization, and reporting across multiple sources - Create a unified data model Define a system that connects audiences, media, and outcomes - Define insights & recommendations Establish KPIs that drive actionable recommendations - Shape an agent-first experience Enable users to ask questions across media + commercial data and get insights with visuals - Lead cross-functionally Partner with engineering, design, data, and GTM to bring the product to life REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE - 3-5+ years in product management, ideally in data-heavy or analytics products - High energy, high agency working style - Experience building and working with AI products and agentic workflows - Strong comfort with: Data pipelines, messy datasets, and multi-source systems Defining metrics, KPIs, and insight frameworks - Ability to operate in ambiguity and turn complexity into clear product direction - Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, early-stage environments with evolving priorities and limited structure PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in adtech, martech, or healthcare data - Familiarity with measurement platforms (e.g., CrossIX) or DSPs - Experience with AI/agent-driven UX WHY JOIN BRANCHLAB? - Competitive Salary & Comprehensive Benefits - Small, Agile Team – Your work will have a direct impact - Equity Opportunities – Grow with the company
