About this role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate InvGate’s paid media strategy and execution. This role will own the planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis of all paid acquisition campaigns, working closely with our external paid media agency and internal teams (Content, Design, RevOps, and Product Marketing).
This position moves beyond campaign execution — it requires strategic thinking, performance ownership, and cross-functional coordination to drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Planning
Define paid media strategy aligned with revenue and pipeline goals.
Allocate and optimize budget across channels (Google, LinkedIn, display, retargeting, etc.).
Identify testing opportunities (audiences, messaging, offers, channels).
Agency Management
Act as the primary point of contact with our paid media agency.
Oversee budget allocation, performance, and optimization roadmap.
Ensure campaigns align with business priorities and messaging strategy.
Challenge and validate agency recommendations with performance insights.
Campaign Coordination
Coordinate the creation of landing pages in collaboration with Product Marketing, Content and Design teams.
Oversee ad messaging and creative direction.
Ensure alignment between ads, landing pages, and funnel stages.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, MQLs, pipeline contribution, etc.).
Lead weekly/monthly performance reviews.
Identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements.
Build reporting dashboards and communicate insights to leadership.
Experimentation & Growth
Develop and manage a structured testing roadmap.
Improve conversion rates across paid channels.
Drive continuous performance improvement.
Requirements
4+ years in paid media or performance marketing.
Experience managing external agencies.
Strong analytical mindset and performance-driven decision making.
Experience working with landing page optimization and CRO.
Familiarity with B2B SaaS funnels and pipeline metrics.
Strong project management and cross-team coordination skills.
An Advanced level of English (B2 or higher)
