What You’ll Do Provide onsite advanced clinical care, including acute, episodic, preventive, and chronic disease managementDeliver proactive care for employees, spouses, and dependentsCollaborate with HPP nurses on claims analysis and care coordinationEstablish clinical pathways and treatment protocolsConduct telehealth visits as appropriateCoordinate care with external provider networksMaintain required licensure and certifications Schedule & Compensation One 8-hour shift, any day Monday through Friday.Starting at $55/hour, based on experience This Role Is a Great Fit If… You are looking to supplement another position or maintain a light, consistent weekly commitment. The (Required) Qualifications To practice safely and compliantly, we do need: Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited programActive, unrestricted Michigan RN licenseActive, unrestricted FNP certification (AANP or ANCC)Active Michigan NP Specialty Certification2+ years of nursing experience (med-surg, ER, ICU, acute care, public health, school nursing, or outpatient preferred)BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) within 90 days of hireMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship Locations: Charlevoix, MI
