What You’ll Do Provide onsite advanced clinical care, including acute, episodic, preventive, and chronic disease managementDeliver proactive care for employees, spouses, and dependentsCollaborate with HPP nurses on claims analysis and care coordinationEstablish clinical pathways and treatment protocolsConduct telehealth visits as appropriateCoordinate care with external provider networksMaintain required licensure and certifications Schedule & Compensation One 8-hour shift, any day Monday through FridayStarting at $55/hour, based on experience This Role Is a Great Fit If… You’re looking to complement another role or maintain a light, consistent weekly schedule.
