Help Power the Production Floor and Keep Materials Moving
Kinetic Custom Trailers USA Inc. is looking for an experienced and versatile Production Support / Shipping & Receiving Technician to support our Texas manufacturing operations. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment and enjoys working across multiple areas of the shop. This position combines production floor support, shipping and receiving, materials handling, warehouse organization, and general labour responsibilities. The successful candidate will be a dependable team player who can jump in wherever needed to help keep production moving efficiently and safely.
This role may also require the use of a company vehicle to pick up and deliver parts as needed. The successful candidate will operate various types of material handling equipment including overhead cranes, forklifts, and electric lifts.

Key Responsibilities
Production & General Labour Support
Provide general support across all areas of the production departmentAssist production teams as needed, adapting to changing priorities and tasks to meet production goalsFabricate, assemble, prep, and/or finish components as requiredRead and interpret blueprints, bills of materials, and work instructions as necessaryAssist with material staging, kitting, and movement for productionOperate forklifts, overhead cranes, power tools, and other shop equipment (training provided if required)Load and unload materials, products, and deliveriesMaintain housekeeping standards including cleaning, organizing, recycling, waste disposal, and restocking consumablesProvide training and assistance to other employees as assigned and support cross-training initiatives
Shipping, Receiving & Materials Handling
Receive, inspect, document, and organize incoming materials and shipmentsPrepare and coordinate outgoing shipments and deliveriesAccurately track raw materials, fabricated components, and finished goodsOrganize and maintain warehouse and inventory storage areasSupport stock rotation, labeling, inventory control, and material stagingAssist with local parts pickups and deliveries using a company vehicle as requiredMaintain compliance with company safety standards in all shipping, receiving, and materials handling activities
Safety & Teamwork
Understand and comply with all PPE requirements at all timesWork safely every day and encourage all team members to do the sameMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentPerform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or production support rolesValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periodsForklift experience/certification or ability to obtainStrong organizational, time management, and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratelyAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to workplace safety and following all company proceduresHigh school diploma or equivalentProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointERP or inventory system experience considered an asset
