ECMO Specialist - up to $128,000 per year Location: Greater Washington DC area Job Type: Full-time Job Description: ECMO Specialists provide bedside critical care assistance to patients receiving ECMO therapy within Integration Health customer facilities. The ECMO Specialist has a functional understanding of extracorporeal life support (ECLS), and mechanical circulatory support (MCS), and will participate in required Integration Health training for continuing education and experience.  Job Benefits: Competitive compensation ranging from $89,000-$128,000 per year. Relocation and signing bonus up to $5,000Additional bonus opportunities available starting at $900-$1100 per day. Full-Time employees are eligible to participate in our Simple IRA, with the company matching up to 3%.Exemplary training programContinuing educational opportunities Minimum Requirements: A minimum of one year direct ECMO experience.Bachelor’s degree preferred. An Associate degree with 2-3 years of ECLS experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.Maintain unencumbered professional license (RN, RRT, CCP).Maintain advanced credentials as applicable to each profession. Maintain AHA credentials in BLS and ACLS Physical Requirements:  Must be able to effectively communicate and perform in stressful situations. Must be able to stand, walk, see, hear, read, speak, and write for prolonged periods without accommodations. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must be able to move or reposition patients of any weight or size with assistance. #ID25 Locations: Greater Washington DC
