The Role As Site Supervisor, you are the on-site leader responsible for the successful day-to-day execution and final outcome of our most visible projects. You run the job like it’s your own company: plan it, resource it, drive it, and stand behind every detail. Key Responsibilities Full ownership of project schedule, budget, quality, and safety from mobilization to punchlistBuild and lead a high-performing team of C2MG carpenters and subcontractors—set the standard, hold everyone accountableSelect, onboard, direct, and continuously evaluate subcontractors; enforce scope, schedule, and quality without exceptionDevelop and maintain the detailed project schedule; anticipate issues, adjust proactively, and keep the client and office informedConduct regular quality inspections at every critical phase; approve or reject work before it’s coveredSolve problems in real time—design conflicts, material delays, weather, whatever it takesMaintain a safe, organized, and professional job site that complies with all OSHA and local regulationsCommunicate clearly and frequently with clients, architects, designers, and the C2MG office teamProtect the company’s reputation by delivering on promises and adding value wherever possible What You Bring 7+ years of field experience in high-end residential construction and/or historic restorationProven track record running projects $1M–$10M+ from start to finishDeep understanding and daily practice of Extreme Ownership principlesStrong leadership skills—you can motivate a crew, coach performance, and have the hard conversations when neededMastery of scheduling software (Buildertrend preferred), blueprints, and construction detailsExceptional problem-solving ability under pressureProfessional presence when dealing with discerning clients and design teamsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationOSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain immediately) Why This Job is Different Competitive salary commensurate with experience + annual performance bonusFull benefits package: 401(k), health/dental/life insurance, PTO, parental leave, major holidays paid.Monday–Friday base schedule with paid overtime when we’re pushing to hit milestonesReal authority and trust—you run your job with the resources and backing to succeedProjects that become career highlights and portfolio centerpiecesA company culture that rewards tenacity, ownership, and straight talk Work Location In-person – Greater Boston North Shore, Southern New Hampshire, and Southern Maine job sites Reports to Vice President Summary If you’re a proven leader who wakes up thinking about how to make the job better, safer, and faster—if you hate excuses and love results—this is your crew.
