We’re scaling fast, building faster, and looking for someone who understands growth beyond dashboards - someone who can hustle, experiment, and execute with precision. Location: Bengaluru Team: 915 by Groww Type: Full-time Role & Responsibilities Create clean, high-impact visual assets for product, social media, campaigns & creatives Design for speed and clarity - dashboards, in-app visuals, feature explainers, and communication Work closely with product, content & growth teams to simplify complex trading concepts Maintain a consistent visual language across 915’s brand and channels Turn ideas into quick prototypes, iterate fast, and ship polished final designs Understand user behaviour to create trader-friendly UX/UI elements (optional but great to have) Must-Haves Strong portfolio of clean, modern, high-clarity design Ability to translate trading concepts into simple, visual communication Experience designing for digital-first brands (fintech, content-led brands) Comfort with quick turnarounds and market-driven timelines Motion design or video editing skills are a plus Figma proficiency; familiarity with trading tools/interfaces is an advantage Offices: Bengaluru-VTP, India (Bengaluru-VTP);
