We are currently seeking a dedicated overnight caregiver to join our team in Charlottesville, VA and surrounding areas: Crozet, Palmyra, Ruckersville, Scottsville and more! If you’re a night owl, a natural nurturer, or someone looking for additional nighttime hours in a calm environment — this role is for you. What You’ll Do Overnight caregivers provide supervision, companionship, and personal care support to clients in their homes during the evening and overnight hours. Many clients are sleeping for part or most of the shift, but may require: Assistance with evening and morning routinesTransfers or mobility support during the nightMedication remindersLight housekeeping or laundryQuiet companionship or supervision for peace of mind If you're a CNA or a PCA with proper training, you may also provide hands-on personal care, such as: Dressing, grooming, and personal hygieneFeeding assistanceAmbulation and transferringBathing and toileting supportIncontinence care What We’re Looking For CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferredShift availability typically ranging from 8pm – 8am or 9pm – 9amMust be comfortable working overnight and providing care during quiet hoursAt least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal)Active driver’s license and valid car insuranceStrong communication skills and a team-first attitudeAbility to follow care plans and document accuratelyMust pass background check and reference screening   What We Offer $18–$25/hr, based on certification, experience, and case complexityFlexible scheduling – we’ll work with your availabilityPathway to a consistent, recurring schedule with regular clientsSupportive office staff and 24/7 on-call supportA small team culture where you’re respected and valued   Ready to Join Us?
