About the role Concept Plus is seeking a skilled Full Stack Cloud Services Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native applications. This role requires hands-on expertise across the full development lifecycle, including front-end and back-end development, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices. This role is fully onsite in Reston, VA (5 days per week required) What you'll do Design, develop, and deploy full stack cloud-native applications and APIsBuild and maintain scalable backend services and responsive front-end interfacesImplement and manage CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing and deploymentDevelop and manage infrastructure as code using TerraformContainerize applications using Docker and manage deployments with KubernetesIntegrate and manage cloud-based databases, ensuring performance and reliabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and requirementsEnsure application security through best practices in IAM, encryption, and complianceTroubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system performance across environmentsWork within Linux-based environments for development and deployment activities Required Qualifications US CitizenActive TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly ClearanceStrong experience with at least one major cloud platform: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS, or Microsoft AzureProficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript (Node.js), or GoExperience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab)Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as TerraformExperience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)Strong database experience, including Oracle DB (SQL, NoSQL, PL/SQL)Solid understanding of networking concepts, including virtual networks and protocolsKnowledge of cloud security principles, including IAM and encryptionExperience working in Linux environmentsProven ability to function as a full stack developerBS in Computer ScienceCompTIA Security+ certification Preferred Qualifications Experience building and deploying highly available, scalable cloud solutionsFamiliarity with secure architecture design and compliance standardsStrong problem-solving and communication skills Concept Plus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
