Accountant/in-house CPA

We partner with category disruptors such as Betr, ElevenLabs, and Binance to scale paid social through our short-form, content-led marketing approach. Our in-house content team produces thousands of human-driven ads every month, helping brands efficiently acquire customers and scale revenue through data-driven creative and media strategy. As our operations continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant who can support the financial infrastructure behind a fast-moving marketing organization. THE ROLE As an Accountant, you will play a key role in managing the financial operations of a growing performance marketing agency. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring that our accounting processes remain organized and scalable as the business expands. This role goes beyond basic bookkeeping. You will help oversee financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting workflows that support the day-to-day operations of the company. RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable - Prepare monthly financial reports and maintain accurate financial records - Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations - Maintain and organize financial data within QuickBooks - Assist with tracking company expenses, invoices, and financial documentation - Support internal reporting and financial visibility for leadership - Ensure accuracy and consistency across accounting records and financial processes REQUIREMENTS - 2–5+ years of accounting experience - Experience with QuickBooks (certification is a plus) - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment - Strong communication and documentation skills COMPENSATION & WORK SETUP - 100% remote work setup - Competitive compensation - Opportunity to work with a fast-growing company supporting leading global brands
