WHAT YOU’LL DO You’ll own and run all organic social channels for FreeCash — from ideation and content creation to publishing, testing, and iteration. You’ll lead the charge across: - User acquisition: Create content that converts and attracts new users. - User activation: Drive engagement and product usage from existing users. - User retention: Keep our community coming back through sticky, relevant storytelling. RESPONSIBILITIES - Fully own and manage FreeCash’s social presence - Design, produce, and publish native social content daily - Launch and run full-scale organic campaigns - Continuously analyze content data to improve performance - Maintain high-quality creative standards (copy tone, visual polish, pacing) - Increase revenue, sign-ups, and in-app purchases from organic social channels - Grow overall reach, followers, and engagement metrics across X, Facebook, Instagram, Discord, Reddit, TikTok - Build and nurture a loyal community around Freecash - Actively address and counter negative sentiment to protect brand reputation WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Experience in Social Media Management B2C, ideally in gaming or ad tech industries - Proven track record of driving performance through organic content - Strong creator skills — you film, edit, write, post - Deep platform knowledge: X, Facebook, Instagram, Discord, Reddit, TikTok - Familiarity with AI content tools BONUS: - Experience working with UGC or influencer marketing - Able to localize and scale campaigns by market - You’re funny, meme-literate, current, and have the “cool social media person” vibe WHY ALMEDIA? - Own Our Growth: We offer all Berlin-based employees equity in Almedia to truly be a part of our success. - Scale With Almedia: Grow alongside a startup that has been profitable from day one. - Central Berlin Office: Work from a fully-stocked modern office built for collaboration, accessible from all around Berlin. - Other Benefits: Transport subsidy, breakfasts and lunches, language learning, Urban Sports Club, and more.
