We’re looking for a Content Creator who will become one of the faces and voices of our brand (Freecash) across multiple channels. This is not a traditional content role. You’ll be on camera, behind the script, inside the data, and shaping how users discover and engage with our product. You’ll operate at the intersection of: - SEO-driven content (60–70%) - Social and video content (30–40%) You will own the full content lifecycle — from idea to production to performance and iteration. WHAT YOU'LL DO 🎯 BE THE FACE OF THE BRAND - Appear on camera across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook - Represent Freecash through engaging, high-converting video content - Record voiceovers and develop a consistent tone of voice OWN SEO & EDITORIAL CONTENT - Write and publish high-quality SEO-driven blog content - Structure content based on search intent, ranking potential, and conversion CREATE & SCALE SOCIAL CONTENT - Produce short-form videos, clips, and platform-native content - Adapt content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and other channels BUILD CONTENT SYSTEMS - Create repeatable workflows for repurposing and scaling content - Use AI tools and automation to increase output without sacrificing quality ANALYZE & OPTIMIZE PERFORMANCE - Track and interpret performance across SEO and social channels - Use insights to refine topics, formats, and hooks WHAT YOU'LL BRING 💡 EXPERIENCE - 2–3 years in content creation, SEO, or digital marketing - Background in B2C or digital product companies is a strong plus - Experience with growth, user acquisition, or performance-driven content CONTENT & CREATIVE SKILLS - Confident on camera - Experience with video scripting, recording, and voiceovers - Strong copywriting and storytelling skills SEO EXPERTISE - Strong understanding of search intent, content structure, and ranking - Ability to create content that drives both traffic and conversion SYSTEMS & GROWTH THINKING - Ability to build scalable content systems - Experience using AI tools in content creation workflows - Analytical mindset with a focus on performance TOOLS & ANALYTICS - Familiar with Google Analytics and Google Search Console - Experience with social media analytics tools (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) WHY ALMEDIA? 🎁 - Own Our Growth: We offer all Berlin-based employees equity in Almedia to truly be a part of our success. - Scale With Almedia: Grow alongside a startup that has been profitable from day one. - Central Berlin Office: Work from a fully-stocked modern office built for collaboration, accessible from all around Berlin. - Other Benefits: Transport subsidy, breakfasts and lunches, language learning, Urban Sports Club, and more.
