About the role Swimlane is seeking a highly adaptable, results-oriented marketing professional to join a lean, high-impact team. This role is ideal for a well-rounded, modern B2B demand generation marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable owning a broad range of initiatives across the funnel. This individual will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by partnering closely with Business Development (BDR), Sales, and cross-functional marketing teams. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, along with the ability to operate effectively without extensive resources or rigid role boundaries. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of B2B technology experience in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably within cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS, and a strong understanding of how technical buyers evaluate and purchase solutions. They have a proven track record of executing high-impact, multi-channel demand programs that drive measurable pipeline—including digital campaigns, ABX initiatives, email sequencing, and targeted outbound efforts in close partnership with Sales and BDR teams. What you'll do Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns across the full buying journey, from awareness through conversionDrive pipeline through channels including paid media, content promotion, direct mail, email, nurture programs, webinars, virtual events, and account-based (ABX) initiativesPartner closely with BDR and Sales teams to design targeted outbound campaigns and ensure effective follow-up and conversion into a qualified pipelineDevelop and optimize campaign messaging and copy across channels—including email sequences, nurture flows, ads, and landing pages—balancing creativity with performance-driven executionPlan and execute digital marketing initiatives, including paid media and ABX programsIdentify, test, and scale new channels and campaign strategies to drive incremental growthAnalyze campaign performance and pipeline contribution; use data and experimentation to continuously improve resultsContribute to go-to-market strategies and help identify new opportunities for growthOperate as a generalist, stepping into high-priority initiatives based on business needs and individual strengthsLeverage AI tools to scale campaign development and content creation, ensuring responsible use with strong ownership of quality, accuracy, and strategic thinking Qualifications 3+ years of B2B technology experience in demand generation or growth marketingBackground in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or complex B2B sales environments strongly preferred, with a clear understanding of how technical buyers evaluate and purchase solutionsProven ability to design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue, combining creative thinking with strong analytical rigorStrong understanding of modern demand generation, including ABX, lifecycle marketing, and sales-aligned campaign executionExperience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, BDR, and Marketing teams to deliver aligned, high-impact programsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling campaign messaging and content across channelsDemonstrated ability to operate with a high level of ownership in fast-paced, resource-constrained environmentsStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneouslyTrack record of testing, iterating, and optimizing campaigns using data and experimentation to improve performanceFamiliarity with modern marketing and sales technology stacks, such as Marketo, 6sense, Salesforce, Outreach, and ClayBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Candidates must be U.S. residents at the time of application to be considered. Headquartered in beautiful Denver, Colorado, Swimlane's staff spans 28 states and 23 countries! The salary range for this position is $105,000-$120,000 per year. This position may also be eligible for variable compensation, which will be discussed during the recruitment process.
