About the role: We are seeking a Professional Services Manager (PSM) to lead a team of engineers delivering automation solutions within a SOAR-driven environment while remaining hands-on in customer delivery. This is a player-coach role, combining deep technical execution across Swimlane Platforms and automation use cases with active coaching, mentorship, and team leadership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Contribute to customer implementations, integrations, and migrationsAct as a technical escalation point for team membersCoach and mentor engineers across technical and client-facing skillsDrive delivery quality and consistencyConduct performance reviews and development planningPartner cross-functionally across PM, TAM, and technical teamsSupport customer escalations and key conversations Requirements: 2+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or Technical Delivery at a security vendor, SOC/IR experience, federal Cyber Protection Team experience or a combination of the three1+ years mentoring or leading engineersProven experience delivering complex customer solutionsStrong client-facing communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or relevant field. Year for year of relevant work experience may be substituted for the degree.
